Allergic Reaction Kiehl’s

I purchased Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate and have now broken out in a rash after three days of using it. I was wondering if there is anyway to return the product. I purchased the product using a gift card and my VIB account. I would like to get a refund as I cannot use this product.
