I just logged in and my points are gone. I never received any emails or notifications that the points would expire 😕 plz help anyone

LMAO as soon as I backed out of the community page my points magically reappeared. They've been gone for days. They were still gone when I came here to look for help. Sephora is messing with me 😭🤣

Same. Mine disappeared also. From a same day order a few weeks ago I got 146 points. Now they poofed

@egar Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year. I will send you a PM.
