Afterpay refund

I ordered about 5 things a few days ago and only received 2 of those things because the other ones were out of stock. My payment method was through Afterpay and I got charged for those 5 items which again only received 2 and they expect me to pay for all 5 which I didn’t get. Help??

The exact same thing is happening to me with 2 of my orders. Placed the orders with same day shipping and a couple things were out of stock, i was charged the full initial amount but I obviously didn’t receive everything I ordered. I thought the payment would fix itself while it was still pending but it hasn’t and I’ve been charged in full. Is there anyway to resolve this issue before i get another bill?
