Affiliate Program EU

Hello, 

 

I went to your affiliates page and clicked on the "online registration" link. I registered with Rakuten but there's nowhere to apply for the Sephora affiliate program other than the BR and AU stores. I live in France so I'd like to affiliate to this store, but I can't find the right form to register.

 

Please advise!
