Adding points after purchase

Hi, 

i know this has been asked a bunch already, but is anyone able to help me add points to my account from a purchase I made last night?

 

There was an option at checkout to add the points to the account associated with my email, but after the purchase I’m still not seeing the points on my profile. I have the email receipt and all that.
