Add purchase to history with receipt

We entered the wrong phone number at check out and therefore did not receive points for our purchase. I have the receipt, but am unable to locate where I can add this information.

I have a similar issue. I entered my phone number but it is not linked to my account. How can I add the points from my receipt?
