I recently made a purchase but forgot to gove email. So i didnt get point. I exchanged it within 30mins of purchase bc it turned out the person o got it for already had the item. When i returned/exchanged it i got point deducted but I never received those points in the first place. How do I fix this issue and get points to offset the deduction?
