Add phone number with Sephora account

The store attendant asks for my phone number but I don’t have one on file. I just have an online Sephora account. How can I add a phone number to my Sephora account?

I am also having this problem 

Whenever I shop at Sephora, I give my phone number at the checkout for payment. Hence, I have lot of points in it but can not access it through my online account. I would like to add my points to this account so that I can have all of my points in one account.
