Add phone number to online account to link accounts

I am having trouble linking my accounts that I have. When I shop in store I give them my phone number and I made an account on the app but it isn’t linked. I shop in store most of the time so that’s where most of my points are, is there a way to link them so I can access them online ?

I've been having trouble with this too, it won't let me book an appointment with out a phone number but I can't add one anywhere
