Account was hacked

So I just received an email re: an order confirmation. The order was $10 with 4 free items added. It seems hacker used a $10 promotion so total was free. I did not make an order. There is no credit card attached or even saved in this account. How did this order even get processed? Hacker added an address which is in a different state. I logged in app and was able to cancel order. Sephora, I need an explanation.

Hi, this just happened to me today! I was able to cancel my order immediately and my points returned. Any answers from Sephora? I did contact them and let them know.

This happened to me tonight too! I wasn't quick enough to cancel the order. Hopefully they can get the order cancelled and get my points returned.
