Account suspension I EXPECT TO BE UNSUSPENDED IMMEDIATELY

Each time I have had damaged items due to your lack of packaging care aka proper bubble wrap, I have included photos showing the damage. If you are unable to give a refund state that instead of suspending someone who has little to no mobility at the current time and has to rely on parents to drive them around. I am disgusted that as a VIB rouge customer you guys suspended my account , 2x $2,000 + each year for this???? ONCE YOU UNSUSPEND me I will never email customer service again and make sure my parents drive me to the store as I will never deal with online CS again. That being said having to wait 3-5 business days while y'all deliberate on whether or not to unsuspend my account, realize I am a valued customer who has continued to spend money after every. Single. Order that has come defected, whether or not I've received a refund. There is no reason to have me suspended and frankly it's just rude.
