Account merge, vib card lost

Hi all,

basically I started my Sephora account in America whilst I was living there for a bit but now I’m in Australia and I need to do the account merge thing. That’s all good because the lovely Sephora lady Karen is helping me with that but she just asked for my card account id number but I lost my card in England, what should I do? Thank youuu
