Account locked due to security reasons

Hi! My account was locked due to security purposes. I talked to a customer service representative and they said it would take a few days. They also sent me a link to reset the password. Even after resetting the password it doesn’t let me go on. I was just wondering when this would get resolved as the VIB rouge sale is going on and I’m trying to place more orders.

Mine has been saying the same thing for ages. I’ve even called the rouge hotline and still nothing. Reset my password as well. But I want to order stuff that you can’t find in stores and it seems like I will never be able to log in. 😞
