Account hacked

I see so many post about account hacked and has been going on.

 

Checked my email and received 2 emails 1 is an order placed Carolina herrera perfume worth $125 and the second email was changed to  .

 

Changed my email and password and deleted my card from the wallet.  

 

Customer service helped me with this concern. Couldn’t cancel the order for now but it should be canceled. And he logged out all devices that was used with my account. 

 

But I still don’t feel secure at all. My paranoia is driving me crazy. Why is the product shipped to my address? Is he/she going to come to pick it up?

 

I’ve been seeing a lot of post about “account hacked” I hope Sephora can tighten the privacy of our account. I just don’t feel safe at all.
