Account hacked email changed

My account was hacked and my email changed to easily. They were able to make three purchases with my PayPal. Their security need to be improved this is ridiculous.A account change email and large purchases should be scrutinized before allowed to go through. Three purchases went through and they attempted forth for 250$ before PayPal flagged my account. I was livid.

This exact same thing happened to me and I have had horrible customer service with Sephora.  I notified Sephora of the fraudulent charges within 24 hours and they were able to intercept the orders back to Sephora so they weren't delivered to the hacker.  Despite that, I STILL haven't been refunded for the fraudulent charges by Sephora and it has been 5 months!  I was a loyal Sephora customer for so many years but this experience has completely soured me!
