Account got suspended

Hi. So I just found out that my account got suspended because my order got Cancelled, they didn’t even email me about my order being cancelled. I just found out through my sephora app because it says “Unsuccessful authorization”. I called them and the rep told me that she doesn’t really know the reason and she guessed that maybe its because of my order last August (it was lost, I didn’t received it) and they didn’t do anything about it. They didn’t refund me. I didn’t know thats gonna affect my account?
