Account disappeared

My account along with my points appear to have disappeared.  I had to create a new account with the same email address. I am unclear what happened.  How can I get my account and points restored?

Hi @ccivs,

 

My apologies! Points will only expire if the account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. To keep the account active you must make a purchase, redeem a reward, or the birthday gift, or a gift card within a year. I'll take a look further and I'll send you a message.
