Account deactivated or deleted

Hi, I just tried to sign in and it says that my account has been deactivated or deleted. I did not deactivate or delete my account. May I please get help? Thank you.

I also have a deleted account. I'm now really concerned about all my BI points I've been stockpiling for years.

Points will only expire if you have not had any activity on your account in over a year. To keep your account active, you must make a purchase, redeem a reward, or the birthday gift within a year. I'll be happy to look into this and I'll send you a message.

The email was associated with account that has been deactivated or deleted. Please use another email address to register. Please help, thanks!
