Account credit not reflecting in total balance

I have credit in my account online but when I go to checkout it’s not deducting in the total balance, it shows as deducted but it’s not actually updating the final balance. Is there something I need to do to allow it to reflect? Please help

Hi @lamamama99 the Order Total will not change whether a credit is applied or not! 

 

You should see the online credit applied and any remaining balance that will be charged to your debit/credit card. (The online credit + the amount charged to your debit/credit card will equal the Order Total.)
