Anyone else having issues with their account? For the past few days my account has said I have 0 points and that I don’t have the vip shipping? I’ve tried signing in and out, deleting the app and redownloading, not sure what the issue is ☹️

@Anonymous Sorry to hear you are experiencing some glitches on your end! I haven't noticed anything weird with my account lately so I would definitely have a mod check this out for you just in case! Have you tried posting your concern in the Customer Support thread? They might be able to provide you with a better answer there 🙂

@Anonymous There has definitely been a lot of glitchey stuff going on with the site lately but you may want to post this under Customer Service so

you’ll know one of the mods will see it and check on your account for you. They are pretty responsive. I haven’t experienced losing my points so it hasn’t been universal.
