It would be great if Sephora made it clear that only email addresses with all lowercase letters is a login requirement now. All of my devices have my mixed case email address and password for this site saved, so they default to what I have used in the past. It took me 24 hours, a question about the error to an associate in store (she said it was probably due to website volume, so they are not aware of this error, either) and a lot of searching on Google to finally stumble across a Reddit post that indicated the email presence error I was receiving was likely due to a mixed case email. Better yet, why not allow mixed case like nearly every other retail site? Sephora almost lost an online sale because I could not log in. Not sure this is the desired outcome!
