Account Hacked

My account was hacked and they stole 5000-6000 of my points.
Is there a way where can I see my redemption for points? The people stole at least 2 $100 reward certificates and maybe more. Sephora only “refunded” 3500 of them. I’m disappointed and was planning on using the points for makeup for my wedding. I’ve been saving them up for nearly 9 years. I just feel upset and not taken care of as a customer whatsoever. Is there a way to see point accumulation? Because I know I had way more than what was refunded to me.
