Account Deactivated / Deleted

Hi there! I tried to log into my other account but it says "The email was associated with account that has been deactivated or deleted. Please use another email address to register." It is super weird because the website allowed me to reset password but won't let me log in now. My phone number is connected to this other account, so all my store purchases and points go to the account that is supposedly deactivated / deleted. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
