Sephora customer service on Twitter said they'd put credit on my Account that would never expire, but where would I find that credit reflected since it doesn't show under my credit card info & it's not a gift card?

Hi @freetheghost,

The online store credit will automatically apply towards your next online order. You'll see the online store credit deducted from your order total on the last page of checkout! I hope this clarifies!

Sorry, this cannot be modified. The online credit will automatically apply as the first payment method.
