Access Denied?

Every time I try to go to sephora.com with any device on my WiFi, it tells me access is denied.  Every other website works perfectly fine except Sephora.  If I disconnect from my WiFi and use my phone data it loads fine as well.  Xfinity said there is nothing blocking Sephora from loading on my end.  What exactly is causing this?
