I heard from a friend that, I won't be able to use my online gift card during the 20% off event starting on Friday.

Is this true?

Hi @Shanum, sorry for the confusion! If you're referring to a Rouge $100 Reward, you are correct: A Rouge Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional discounts or codes. If you're referring to a standard gift card or eGift, you may use these with the promotion. I hope this helps clarify!

Thank you for responding. Do you mean to say that if I had a $100 gift card that I bought as a reward, that that couldn't be applied towards any purchases during the sale? I have an online gift card I got from ebates, from all the cash back I recieved. Am I able to use it during the sale?

@Shanum Yes, you can use that gift card online during the promo. The Rouge Reward that StephanieBT was referring to is a $100 gift card that is redeemed in our Rewards Bazaar with your points.
