ARE YOU STEALING??? I recently made an order and the samples I received did not match the description of what I have ordered. I requested the Ouai shampoo and conditioner set as well as the Oribe shampoo, conditioner and treatment set. What came with my order was just the shampoo and I do not feel safe using this sample as it looks like it's been tampered with. Many times there were orders sent without samples.

@Mon2022  i was told we can call to know if they have samples left before to make a purchase.

I havent done it yet but next time i get super hype about samples ill do it.

Samples can be substituted depending on availability at the time of fulfillment, but they shouldn't be missing altogether. I'm sorry about the condition of the sample you received and I'll send you a message shortly.
