ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

This is pathetic. $22 for this? Also, WHERE ARE MY SAMPLES??? This is the last time I order from Sephora! This is absolutely pathetic! This does NOT have the retail value of $57, anyone who would pay this?? And I didn’t even get my free samples! This is a huge rip off! Never ordering online from here again!

I agree with @ha16 while I understand it's frustrating to not get your samples you can check the packing slip to see if you forgot to selectthem because while they don't always send what you want they are usually pretty good about sending them. If you did select them and they forgot just give customer service a call. As for the size of the set, Peter Thomas Roth is a luxury brand and their full size masks are very expensive. It says pretty clearly in the description the size of the products and it's not as if Sephora made that set. Their products are going to cost that much no matter where you buy them.

The full size on these are actually pretty expensive and PTR is is a really good brand. As for samples, I once didn't receive any because I forgot to select them. I order online almost once a month. If you spend $25 online, not only do you get samples (3-5) but you can get a mobile offer (a deluxe size sample under the mobile offer tab) for free. My opinion, it's waaayyyy better then in store shopping. The associates don't want to help or they are stingy with the samples.

Yeah but I ordered my samples, and after tax this came out to $27 I think. I should’ve gotten my samples. I still feel completely ripped off. What I got is about the same as something you would find in a hotel, you know the little mini shampoos? I’m not giving Sephora another dime after this.
