ABH DIPBROW cracked

Hi everyone, 

I just received the ABH Dipbrow Pomade today I ordered online. But it is cracked when I opened it. The crack is around the side of the container. Is that natural? Can I just go to a Sephora shop and ask for an exchange? I went in shop for returning a wrong shipping item before and was asked to ship back by mail for refund.
