A little disapointed with play.

So this is my first month with this subscription When I signed up it said I would be receiving March play box but day after day no update so I called. I was told I missed the deadline and now have to wait till April. Really? Then why did it say I would be getting the March play box.... just a little upset. Hoping someone can do something to make this better. So far I’m a little disappointed. It says they ship the third week of the month which would be this week. I subscribed before this week. Anyone help me?
