67+ orders in the last 3 months and you cannot replace something that USPS lost?!

I need someone to look into this. I have SPENT A LOT OF MONEY WITH YOU 😡 MIND YOU I received a LESS THAN STELLAR order the other day but let it go because customer care makes you feel like you are a horrible person doing something wrong if your perfume leaks. I sent my sister the phlur mood ring travel spray tracking has not updated Sephora won't send a replacement. I didn't complain when my loveshackfancy duo came leaking because I knew you wouldn't do anything and just make me feel like I was lying about it but USPS has not delivered this it should of been there days ago. I love shopping here but I have actually started to look elsewhere where I might be treated better. Idk if this is worth it there's got to be some assurance that at the very least if my package never gets delivered that warrants a replacement but I guess not.
