6 digit pin

Kindly help me please, 
I got cards for my cousins but it turns out that it has a 6-digit PIN and can't be used. This is unfair it's for their birthday

Hi, this happened to me too. I spoke to costumer support and they told me to speak to the grocery store where I purchased the gift card from. It only has a 5 digit pin and I couldn’t use it online or at the store. Support told me it was used on May 12th online but I never scratched off the pin until a week ago.
