6 digit pin

I received a gift card for christmas and I recently tried to use it while shopping online but, the pin says there needs to be a 8-digit pin but the pin on my card is only 6 digits. How do I fix this?

I have the exact same issue, it’s clear no other digits are missing, the card just has a 6 digit pin.
