My status is VIB ROUGE. I placed an order November 15th. I have flash shipping and should have received my order on Friday November 17th. I understand shipping may be running a day behind. However, it is Saturday November 18th and I haven't received my order. I'm just curious what may be happening.

I placed one on the 10th that still hasn't shipped. No clue what's going on but it's not cool that none of us have heard anything from Sephora about it. I'd be more OK with the delay if I heard anything from Sephora since placing the order.

Me too I want my order at this rate I wish I would have just went to the store and bought the products I wanted.
