500 point reward

Hey everyone. I recently redeemed a 500 point reward from the rewards bazaar (Sol De Janeiro).  This is the first time I have redeemed a 500 point reward and I am unfamiliar on as how it works. I placed an order with the reward that I redeemed, and upon receiving my package, the Sol de Janeiro bazaar item is not there. Does it ship separately? Any help would be appreciated, thank you

I have bought the same thing in store with my points and other 100 point rewards i have ordered and they came in the same box not sure if it’s different for 500 points rewards. Maybe check if you still have the points maybe they refunded you because it was out of stock.
