50 bonus points for completing your profile

Hi! I see on the Sephora app on the homepage it is advertising to me that if I complete my beauty insider profile by 9/30 I will be receive 50 points to my account. However I have joined groups/followed people/commented on posts/created my own/set a profile photo and bio and filled out all of my info but it is still asking me to complete my profile to receive my points. I am just confused as to what I haven't completed. Thank you Chiara

Hi @Jaaass,

You can receive a maximum of 50 Beauty Insider points when you complete certain community profile traits on sephora.com from 12:01 am PDT on 9/1/17 through 11:59 pm PDT on 9/30/17. Insiders will receive points within 24 hours after completing the following: profile picture: 20 points; eye color: 10 points; skin tone, type, and concern: 10 points; hair color, type, and concern: 10 points. I got 20 points but not 50 but read a previous post by someone that they got like 20 first then the rest later. I thought I just hadn't completed everything but turns out I did and theyre just a bit slow with the points! So its probably the same for you too! Check your account to see if they put any points in

I think it's just to notify others who may be new that it keeps saying to complete your profile. It still comes up on mine too but I've completed it and have gotten my 50 points. Check your points to see if they've been added 🙂
