5 Digit Pin

I received a gift card that was fully in the package without any numbers scratched off as a birthday gift and upon opening it to scratch off and potentially use online I see there's only 5 digits in the pin instead of 8 (like some other gift cards I received).

Is this card still able to be used? Trying to understand why this one differs when it doesn't appear to have ever been used before.

@TSosa27, my apologies! The 8-digit pin is required to redeem the gift card online. However, you should still be able to redeem the gift card in store. I'll send you a message shortly to follow up.
