4x Points on Fragrance Purchase

Hi,

I purchased YSL Libre Eau de Parfum online a few days ago, and I am quite sure that I entered the code SCENTGIFT to receive 4X points. However, the points still have not appeared in my account. I am not sure how or where I should follow up about this.
