4x Points on Fragrance Purchase

I purchased the Kayali Yum Boujee Marshmallow 81 Eau de Parfum Intense Travel Spray instore at Crossiron Mills in Canada and didn't receive the 4x the points. I assumed the additional points would be credited within 24 hours; but, 2 days later I still haven't been credited. I'm so sad as I needed these points in order to claim the Rouge reward. I rarely purchase instore unless I'm with my daughters; however, with the Canada Post strike I didn't want to take my chances.

I’m a Sephora employee. In the US we have to add it on at the register to get the multiplier.
