4x Points Fragrance Missing

Hi,

I made a fragrance purchase in store today and noticed that the 4x points for it wasn't added to my account. I know that for in store purchases it has to be entered at the register and I believe my cashier might have forgotten to apply it since it shows the regular points addition. I would appreciate help with this. Thank you!
