4X points - Skincare

Hello! About 2 days ago I purchased 2 things in store. The 2 products I purchased were skincare. Before purchasing in store, I “applied” my offer on the app. I purchased the Glow Recipe Avocado Cleanser & the purple Tatcha sunscreen. I only received 92 points instead of 4X the points. Is there anything I can do?
