4X Points Issue

Hi! I recently placed an online order. Two of the products I purchased were under the skincare tab. I also went to the promo page for the 4X points and clicked the “Shop Skincare” link to access these products. However, I did not receive 4X points for one of the products. I deliberately bought this product over other products because I knew it qualified. For reference, it’s under the “Lip Balms & Treatments” skincare tab.

 

After realizing I didn’t get 4X points for this product, I double-checked that it qualified. I added the product to my cart alone; I then added the 4X points promo - which applied successfully.

 

I’m out 138 points because of this issue. I received 390 points when I was supposed to receive 528. I’ve been working up to 2500 points - to have access to more rewards. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
