45-minute custom makeover

I received a $50 Sephora gift card recently. It says that there is a 45-minute custom makeover when I redeem my giftcard with a $50 minimum purchase. Is there an option to use that towards another service (like a virtual skin consultation) since we are now in a pandemic and there aren't any makeover services in-store?

Regretfully, there is not an option to use it towards a different service. However, I may suggest contacting your local Sephora store for further assistance and more information regarding the gift card + makeover. It's possible you may be able to redeem the makeover at a later time.
