4100 expired points! :(

I have been living out of the country for the last 2.5 years where there are no Sephora stores. I just logged in to my account (will admit it was inactive for some time since I was out of the country) and realized 4100 points have expired. We’re set to move back to the US this summer and this will no longe be an issue moving forward but can something please be done? 

I looked into my email history with not even one reminder email that points were expiring. Had I received notification, I would’ve certainly made a purchase even if it were to be sent to a friends house. 

Is there anything that can be done to get them back? 😔😔
