400 Error

I use Google Chrome. I have cleared my cookies but I keep getting a 400 error when I try to go to specific products. This is frustrating because I am a beauty blogger trying to link to your products on your blog. In the end I give up on linking my blog to your website (losing Sephora sales) and I give up on making purchases myself. I am not really interested in using a different browser -- I just want the website to work like it did literally two weeks ago. I see other people have this issue. When will it be fixed? This does not happen when I use Google Chrome on a windows desktop.... just my MAC lap top.
