3x points not rewarded.

Hi there, I made purchases while the 3x the points promotion was going on but i have only been awarded 2 times the points. It has been over 24 hours and i have logged out and back in to see if it would refresh. Please let me know how this can be fixed, thank you.v

Hi @navi98,

For any promotion where you receive 3X points you will receive the initial amount of points for your purchase and then 2x on top of that. For example if you made a purchase for $100 you would receive 100 points and we would then add an additional 200 points. I hope that this clarifies.

Sometimes when they do the 3x the points, it will say in small writing that the points will be awarded within xx amount of weeks. I didnt purchase during the event but in the past years ago this is how its worked.
