The 30% discount is only valid on Sephora Collection items. If you have Sephora Collection items in your basket and the discount is not applying, please contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat before the  promo ends so we can help.

@QBbo The 30% off is for the Sephora Collection brand.  It looks like you purchased The Inkey List.  For further issues, post on the CS group.
