3 days shipping....... is it true? This one you can see when I ordered it !! All I need update and answers my mail and since 13 jan i try to contact Sephora customers service asking for an update. so annoying and no one seems to see it so any body have any idea about shipping ? By the way i did purchased beauty products from Beautylish on 13 Jan now my ordered was shipping and now in transit and it will be arriving soon TOMORROW i guess and also free shipping like Sephora ...

Bad luck ! Now i want to cancel but it those info says i cant !!!! Which is un fair If the products not ready to sale you shouldn’t lied to your customer.. now i got mail form the customer service they said s”someone for solution department will be contracting you within this week “. All i want its just answers my question that my order is shipping yet? A week from now 😞 hellll. 3. Days. Freee. Shipping. It’s trap.

Ohh god !!! almost a week i mean they should change from 3 days free shipping to up 1 week free shipping tho !!!!!!! if I knew i wont buy online And the customer service is the worst from my experience now this is my first time to shop online on Sephora i dont know maybe it’s the last time This is my another shopping online 1 st time with Beautylish. They did a good Job im live in Thailand I ordered all stuff to my friends house and they will bring here at 18. But Sephora still in progress and pending..... bad luck
