3 days of processing... still not shipped

I made two orders the 10th at 12:55 and 12:57 pm. It's the 13th and still not shipped.

I'm worried. Has anyone else experienced this? 

It's curious but I placed a third order that same day near midnight and it shipped on the 12th, it's supposed to arrive the 14th. I have 3-day shipping in all of them. 

Please help, it's the first time I shop.

The first two orders are a tangle teezer and an eye cream, and two sephora black magic packages + a tarte concealer. 

The third one, which is shipped, is a KVD contour palette and an empty shadow palette. 

Some of the items show as ''out of stock'' but it disappears, and appears again. 

Help ! 😞
