3 Perfume Sampler Sets

I purchased (by online ordering) 3 Perfume Sampler sets in October 2024.  ALL I received was1 empty box that contained nothing.  I immediately contacted Sephora online first, and was told they were delivered.  Yes an empty box was delivered. Then took the box to my local Sephora Store in Coconut Creek. Talked to manager, nothing she could do at her level.  She contacted someone else, nothing could be done BECAUSE AN EMPTY BOX WAS DELIVERED to my address.  This delivery of NO products I had to pay for because an EMPTY BOX was documented as being delivered to my address.

I have been a Sephora customer for many years and was shocked that this was not corrected by Sephora. If you research online this has been an on going issue that has a documented history.  Very poor customer service that should have been remedied by Sephora and the online department should have followed up with the delivery service.  This is a shameful way to treat what was a loyal customer.
